Immerse Yourself in Rural Japan in an Overnight Stay in the Countryside

【OUTLINE】

Just a one-hour bus ride from central Hiroshima will bring you to authentic rural landscapes of Japan, far removed from bustling sightseeing spots of the city. 

During your overnight stay, you will be able to chill out and relax in a traditional Japanese folk house. Sit around the fireplace, taste teppanyaki, take an open-air bath or an iron bath heated on direct fire, and bake a pizza in an oven.

Additional options include soaking in a private bath, adventurous shower climbing, and hiking through the valley.

【DETAILS】

Just one hour from the center of Hiroshima, an authentic rural scenery of Japan awaits, with gorgeous views you that can only be found on the countryside. Upon arrival at Yuki Lodge, you will be introduced to the recommended spots in town.

【Attractions】

Clear streams in the mountain, fields with scarecrows, a cozy cafe, hot springs, and meeting with local residents.

As an option, you can enjoy a 3-hour shower-climbing experience in which you will climb a waterfall and jump into crystal clear waters. (From April to October only). Another option is to enjoy bathing in a private hot spring newly built along the river.

Stay overnight at a renovated, old folk home. You will have an incredibly comfortable and peaceful night during your stay while being surrounded by natural Japanese scenery. The old folk house has been fully renovated and the bathroom is ready for use. A BBQ set is also available for use upon request. Please contact the staff if you would like to do some shopping.

The following morning, the tour finishes after check-out. (Climbing waterfalls or soaking in a private hot spring may still be enjoyed after check-out.）
