【SCHEDULE】 

1. Meet at the Tateshina Tourist Information Center after changing clothes and move to the sculpture park on the shore of Lake Tateshina.

2. Enjoy yoga on the lakeside surrounded by mountains at the sculpture park.

3. Although the program ends after the yoga session, we recommend that you take a walk around Lake Tateshina or have sweets at a cafe or ice cream shop on the shore of the lake.

【DETAILS】

Located in the middle of Nagano prefecture, the Tateshina area is one of the highland resorts located at 1,200 meters above sea level. Lake Tateshina is the heart of the resort and its surface reflects Mt. Yatsugatake and trees in the surrounding area beautifully.

 The lake, where you can easily walk around in about 20 minutes is a place of relaxation for anyone visiting the resort. You can often see people strolling around the lake, walking their dog, sitting on a lakeside bench, camping on the lakeside etc.

Our yoga experience on the lakeside offers you a chance to get away from your busy daily life and take care of yourself. Just start by taking a deep breath in nature! Just taking a deep breath will stabilize your feelings, and the parasympathetic nerves will dominate, which enables you to relax.

Then, you will stretch slowly to relax and practice a yoga flow with your instructor. Because this is a private program and the instructor will proceed while checking your physical condition, you don’t need to be concerned about other participants. Even beginners can enjoy yoga, so don't worry.

You will feel refreshed and light both physically and mentally after the program. Embrace yourself through yoga in an environment surrounded by the absolute nature. 

Once you finish your lesson, we recommend Tateshina Cafe Sweets and Tateshina Ice, which has the motif of a coffee shop loved by many writers of the past.

  ・ Follow the guide's instructions and do not do anything that may disturb other participants or surrounding nature.
  ・ Participants under 20 years old are not accepted.
  ・Please respect the mountain, avoid intentional destruction, and take your trash back with you.
