This is a rare opportunity to experience a traditional Japanese dinner at a traditional Japanese restaurant in Asakusa, one of Tokyo's most prestigious entertainment districts. This is a very special and private experience. Enjoy the elegant dances and songs of the geisha and taste Japanese cuisine made from the finest seasonal ingredients. Also have the opportunity to join the geisha for a game of o-za-shiki. Everyone will feel at ease because we will introduce the etiquette of Asakusa's Hanamachi district. Geisha are traditional Japanese entertainers who are unique to Japan. They entertain guests and liven up banquets with their traditional Japanese dance, shamisen instrument and tea ceremony skills. The Asakusa geisha are particularly popular for their excellent singing and dancing and their friendliness. During the event, they perform dances to suit the mood of the occasion. Asakusa geisha is also known for having male geisha. You can learn about Japanese culture and etiquette in the tatami room from them.
O-zashiki games are one of the cultural activities that geisha and guests enjoy together at a banquet. There are many games using gestures and props, and the geisha choose two or three to suit the mood of the occasion, such as Tousenkyo, Kinpira Funefune, and Ochoko Kurukuru. The male geishas carefully explain the rules, first-timers can enjoy the occasion without any concern.

・There are some periods when reservations are not possible, such as Sundays, from Jan 1st for 10 days, around the first 3 days in February, during the Sanja Festival (the 3rd Friday, Saturday and Sunday in May), during the Asakusa Dance (late October), and at the time of unveiling new faces.
