2. Taste, learn, and talk about Kitakata's sake while enjoying seasonal side dishes. Sake course for sake lovers.
After visiting the brewery, you will move to a special room on the second floor.
Learn about the characteristics of sake and its compatibility with food by tasting nine kinds of sake appetizers prepared by Kitakata chefs and sake from Yamatogawa Sake Brewery that goes well with each dish.
Enjoy plenty of gourmet food and sake in a calm space.

【FACILITY INTRODUCTION】
Yamatogawa Sake Brewery was founded in 1790 in the middle of the Edo period. In order to make some of the best sake, they use underground water from Mt. Iide, high-quality rice harvested from their own rice field, Yamatogawa Farm, and contracted farmers that don't use pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
In addition, they continue to take on challenges with a global perspective, and have expanded overseas to Taiwan, Hong Kong, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Brazil, and other countries.
