【STORY】

Experience the stunning views of the islands floating in the Seto Inland Sea, including the island of gods, Miyajima, and savor the local cuisine on the mountainside!
This tour starts from Miyahama Onsen and includes a one-way trek of about 270m and one hour guided by an experienced guide to the peak of Mt. Kyogoya, which towers over Miyahama Onsen. One of the tour's highlights is the introduction of historical stories of Miyahama Onsen, Mt. Kyogoya, and Miyajima by the guide, and a lunch made with local ingredients enjoyed on the mountaintop. After the climb, you can relax and refresh at Miyahama Onsen.

■ The panoramic view of Miyajima from Mt. Kyogoya is exceptional
Miyajima is known as the island of gods and has been worshipped as a divine place since ancient times. From Mt. Kyogoya, you can observe the untouched natural beauty of the western part of Miyajima, which has remained virtually unchanged since ancient times and which Kukai and Taira no Kiyomori might have seen. Interestingly, it is said that this area was one of the candidate locations for the construction of Itsukushima Shrine. Enjoy the different views of Miyajima, the island of gods, in the eastern part, where Itsukushima Shrine is located.
In addition, the sight of oyster rafts, which are used to cultivate the local specialty oysters of Hiroshima, lined up on the sea between Miyajima and Miyahama Onsen, is impressive. This unique scenery created by the beauty of the Seto Inland Sea and the numerous islands is not to be missed.

■ Savor the local taste of oysters with the breathtaking view
After making the effort to trek to the mountain's goal point, it is time for lunch. The view of the Seto Inland Sea and the island of gods when the sun is directly overhead is truly divine. To enjoy the taste of Miyahama's local cuisine, this tour offers an oyster bento lunch and freshly steamed oysters, served hot and fresh by the guide on the spot!
Please enjoy the marriage of fresh oysters harvested locally, boasting the largest production volume in Japan, with Hiroshima's lemon. (Note: The lunch menu may vary depending on the season. If you cannot eat oysters, please inform us when making your reservation, as we can prepare a substitute, such as an eel bento.)

■ A local guide who knows Miyahama Onsen inside and out will show you around
Our local guide will provide information about the history of Miyahama Onsen, why it is known as a "beauty hot spring," and the secrets of the area. You can also listen to tales of Miyajima, which is located on the opposite bank of the sea, while gazing at the mountains where Kukai trained.
Furthermore, this tour includes "secret spots" that only a local guide can introduce you to, providing a unique and unforgettable experience.
Please look forward to it until the day ♪
