  ・We reserve the right to refuse boarding to passengers who are　intoxicated, under the influence of illegal drugs, or who are members of an organization recognized as anti-social forces or suspected of being anti-social forces.
  ・Dangerous items such as knives and lighters are prohibited.
  ・No food or beverages are allowed on board.
  ・The use of devices that emit radio waves in the cabin is not allowed.
  ・Final takeoff time is earlier during the winter season.
  ・The tour may be canceled due to weather conditions.
  ・Regarding the Number of Passengers:
  You can have 3 to 5 passengers per flight.
  ・Weight limit per seat: 110kg (*Passengers over 110kg cannot board)
  ・Total weight including passengers and luggage: 220kg
  ・This plan is only available in Japanese. Please note that an English-speaking guide will not be provided.
  
  ■About the Departure Time
  The departure time for this plan varies according to the season, aligning with the time of sunset.
  
  ■Regarding Poor Weather Conditions
  In the event of adverse weather conditions or when the operating company deems the flight to be unsafe, it will be canceled. In such cases, we will provide a full refund (excluding any transaction fees). Even in overcast conditions, if the flight can be safely conducted, it will proceed. Additionally, you can change the schedule as long as it is before the cancellation policy takes effect.
  
  ■For customers arriving by private carIf you are coming by private car, an advance application is required.
  Please be sure to write the "car number" in the notes section of the application form.

【CANCELLATION POLICY】

14 to 8 days prior to scheduled flight: 10%.
7 to 5 days prior to scheduled flight: 30%.
4 to 3 days prior to scheduled flight: 50%.
2 days to the day of the scheduled flight or no notice: 100%.
