  3. No one is allowed to enter the ocean under the influence of alcohol, alcohol poisoning, or in a state of poor health. Also, if swimming, it is prohibited to bring alcoholic beverages on the tour.
  4. For reasons of safe operation and safety management, we may not be able to go to your desired location. The captain will make a comprehensive judgment based on the weather and other factors on the day of the tour, so please understand this in advance.
  5. If the tour is canceled due to weather or other circumstances, we will notify you by e-mail by 4:00 p.m. the day before the tour.
