Known as the “Island of Abundance,” Etajima offers seasonal treasures from both the sea and the mountains. If you’re lucky, you may even get to join in the harvesting or assist with fishing on-site.


The ingredients you gather will be transformed into an exquisite dinner by a local chef. This one-of-a-kind meal, created from freshly hunted seafood and farm produce, can only be experienced on this day, in this place. Enjoy a luxurious dish that blends the richness of Etajima’s ingredients with the refined techniques of a local chef, savoring the depth and warmth of the island’s culinary heritage.
