【DETAILS】
①Courtesy car to Takeda ODORO
Upon arriving at JR Wadayama Station, you will receive a briefing on the itinerary of the tour.
②Leave baggage/change clothes / depart in 20 minutes after arrival
Then you will go to Takeda ODORO by courtesy car. Leave your luggage and change into clothes suitable for Zazen and Yoga. And let's get started.
③Head for Kannonji Temple while strolling along the Teramachi Street
While walking along the neighboring Teramachi Street with a guide, head for Kannonji Temple, the venue of the experience.
Soon after the arrival, let's start Zen meditation and Yoga experience.
④Briefing on the temple and sutra chanting (by the priest)
First, the chief priest of the Kannonji Temple will give you a briefing on the temple and read a sutra.
⑤Experience breathing and Zen meditation (with the priest)
After that, he will explain the method of Zen meditation and breathing. Then you yourself will experience Zen meditation.
⑥Break time with tea and sweets
After Zen meditation for about 10 minutes, it is time for a break. Tea and sweets are ready so please help yourself.
➆ Yoga (greeting · basic pattern)
Now it's to time for Yoga experience.
After the explanation on the basic pattern, you will experience Yoga in this order.
Breathing → warming up → stretching → excising Sun Salutation → cool-down
⑧ Lunch time
After Yoga, you will have lunch at the designated place in the temple. Please enjoy a contemporary Shojin ryori, vegetarian cuisine.
⑨ For Wadayama Station by courtesy car
After lunch, you will go back to Takeda ODORO for changing clothes. Then you are taken to the station by car.
Thank you for joining the tour. After greeting, the tour finishes at Wadayama Station.
