<What is Reborn-Art Festival?>
Ishinomaki is approximately 2 and a half hours from Tokyo. Reborn-Art Festival is a comprehensive art festival held around Ishinomaki where you can enjoy Art, Music, and Food created by artists in various genres together with the local people with the history, culture and rich nature in Ishinomaki and the Oshika Peninsula as a background.

【DETAILS】

On this cruise, you will be able to see Reborn-Art Festival’s symbolic sculpture, “White Deer (Oshika)” from the ocean. You will get a different view of the “White Deer (Oshika)” compared to the view from land! Momonoura Fishing Port was greatly damaged by the tsunami. It was designated as the "special fishery zone" for the first time in Japan and was reconstructed along with an installation of an oyster farm where high-quality oysters are grown. Momonoura oysters are made by planting oysters on ropes stretched between the floats made of plastic or wood and suspended in the water. You will be able to see the oysters up-close on this tour! Pay attention to the English tour guide and you will soon realize the art of living or “Reborn-Art”.
