The 'Farm & Dining' experience takes place at the Akiniwa Farm, which is rented out for a day so that guests can enjoy seasonal vegetables, herbs, and local cuisine at the farm. The owners of the farm and the chef will prepare an original course just for that day's guests. Enjoy the unique story of rice and how it is used to create the local sake and craft beer. In addition to the harvesting and cooking experience, guests can enjoy life at the farm, including some herbal tea where they can enjoy 10 varieties of Japanese Wakusei, only available at three farms in Japan. The only sake brewery in Furukawa, the Aoki Sake Brewery, has been in the family for 8 generations and serves carefully brewed local sake (a winner of the 2019 Salmon Competition Special Prize, JAL First Class nominee Gokei Omachi). During the production of new sake at the brewery, try out the brewery tour and seasonal sake tasting.
