Harvest lotus roots together with farmers in the Kaga lotus root field. Then, sample them on the spot following the recommendation of a professional chef. Enjoy the valuable experience of cooking and eating the lotus roots that you dug up. Additionally, you will enjoy Kanazawa's local cuisine for lunch. The menu, which incorporates plenty of Kanazawa's seasonal fresh fish and vegetables, can only be eaten here, so please enjoy the local taste.

【SCHEDULE】

[10:00] Meet at the West Exit of Kanazawa Station (take a jumbo taxi after registration) 

[10:00] Move to Kaga Lotus Root Field by bus

[10:40] Meet Mr. Kita, the producer of Kaga lotus roots, and Mr. Yokoi, a Kuwabori farmer, who introduced Kaga lotus roots

　　　 Prepare for hoeing (change into boots and put on gloves)

　　　 Start hoeing (Have farmers demonstrate how to dig, then actually harvest by yourself)

[11:00] Taste and take a commemorative photo (Taste lotus roots harvested on the spot with recommended foods by farmers and professional chefs)

[11:30] Move from the Kaga lotus root field to Omicho Market by bus

[12:00] Discover the local menu at IN KANAZAWA HOUSE (cooking, cooking completion, meal)

[13:30] End of the tour, dissolution at the venue (1-4-28 Hosai, Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture)

【CANCELLATION POLICY】

7 to 4 days before the tour date: 40% of the tour price
3 to 2 days before the tour date: 60% of the tour price
The day before the tour date, on the day of the tour: 100% of the tour price
※Right after the online settlement is made, a cancellation fee of 10% will be incurred in case of cancellation.
※The cancellation fee includes handling charges.
