【DETAILS】

The Former Shiobara Imperial Villa served as a summer retreat for the Imperial family, including Emperor Taisho and Emperor Showa, across three eras: Meiji, Taisho, and Showa.
The reception room where you will dine was relocated to its current location in 1981 and designated as a tangible cultural property of Tochigi Prefecture.
"Shiobara Onsen Village," a collective name for 11 hot spring areas along the valley, has a history dating back to 806 AD. The area is known for its diverse hot spring qualities, with about 150 sources.
It offers a rare opportunity to choose a hot spring based on your physical condition and mood, making it a unique relaxation spot cherished by the Imperial family and literary figures.
