"Mugen-an," boasting the finest samurai architecture of the Kaga Domain and designated as an Ishikawa Prefecture tangible cultural property, is maintained by the Maehata family, who have been creating beloved Yamanaka lacquerware for over 60 years.
This special evening event allows participants to enjoy the unique atmosphere of Mugen-an at night. A Yamanaka lacquerware craftsman will personally guide you through the "treasures" of the collection.
After the tour, enjoy a special meal served on Yamanaka lacquerware. This experience allows you to savor local Kaga cuisine and learn about the historical "samurai cuisine" enjoyed by the Maeda clan, offering a deeper understanding of Japanese culture and history through food.
