Registered as a UNESCO World Natural Heritage site in 2021, the "Yanbaru Area" in Okinawa includes Ogimi Village, where approximately 40% of the population is aged 65 or older and there are 20 centenarians (as of 2023), making it globally recognized as a "Village of Longevity." Ogimi Village, known for its traditional and unique food culture, is also one of the world's five Blue Zones.

This tour explores the secrets of longevity through food culture. The restaurant featured in this tour offers menus using fresh local ingredients such as island vegetables and seaweed, providing "longevity cuisine." Learn about the cooking methods and local secrets while savoring unique local dishes paired with local "awamori."

Located right in front of the restaurant is Shioya-wan, a representative bay of Ogimi Village. The tour includes exclusive access to videos and photos of the annual "Kaijinsai," a traditional festival held for over 500 years, where local residents gather with Sabani boats to pray for a bountiful harvest and good health.
